Entry Level
First Aiders
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Calm under high-pressure scenarios
- Basic trauma management (preferred)
Intermediate
FREC 3 & 4 Responders
- Current Qualsafe FREC 3/4 or equivalent
- Active CPD portfolio
- Pre-hospital experience (desirable)
- Commitment to clinical excellence
Advanced
Ambulance Technicians
- IHCD/AAP/FutureQuals Technician
- Emergency driving (Blue light) preferred
- Evidence of continued practice
- Strong diagnostic capabilities
Clinical Lead
Registered Paramedics
- Current HCPC Registration
- Degree in Paramedic Science
- Significant emergency experience
- Advanced clinical leadership
